Danger is an official selection of the Power Flicker Festival (sponsored by the Mobile Film School and part of Austin's Pecan Street Festival)! It's playing this Saturday, September 29th at 2:30 pm. If you want to go see it, email the webmaster and she'll send you the info. (It's free to get into the screening!)

The PSA I made about clean air won the competition it was for: http://www.cleanairforce.org/
which is pretty cool!! It'll be playing on TV and I'll put it on the site soon.

The Second Annual Crockett Film Festival was last night. Bagpipes played again this
year and Everybody
Wants to be a Superhero played for the first time. It was a fun event,
just like last year's festival!

I've entered a few competitions for PSA's (Public Service Announcements).
One is for anti-drinking and the other is for clean air. The clean air is on
its way to the competition and the anti-drinking one will be sent out soon.
I've also sent Danger and Everybody Wants to be a Superhero to
Student Films Across
America. Superhero was also just sent to the Austin Film Festival.

Danger sadly wasn't chosen for SXSW. The good news it that now that
I'm done sending it to festivals, I can post in on the site! I'll do that as
soon as I can find some time. Thanks to the SXSW judges for considering Danger.

The Austin Film Festival just posted this year's film selections and Danger
is sadly not one of them. That's OK! Thanks AFF judges for watching it anyways!

The Austin Film Festival posted on their website that they'll announce the
film selections in late September. That gives us one week to find out if Danger
is in or not! Keep your fingers crossed !

This morning I got a nice email from the people at the Telluride Film
Festival saying that Danger wasn't selected. Thanks to the Telluride
judges anyways for watching and considering Danger! Now we wait for the
news from the Austin Film Festival!

Danger was sent to the Austin Film Festival for 2006
which happens in the end of October. It was also sent to the Telluride Film Festival in Colorado for 2006
which happens on Labor Day weekend. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!!

Danger, The Obnoxious Bagpipe Collection, and Crockett's Future
played at the Crockett High School Film Festival! The films were shown on the
football field at Crockett on the huge screen (courtesy of the Alamo
Draft House).
